NanoXplore TM PFPE is a perfluorinated polyether, a fully synthetic, fully fluorinated inert base oil that is resistant to extreme temperatures, strong acids and bases under vacuum, and various common reactive chemicals and solvents. It is compatible with the vast majority of materials and resistant to high-pressure oxygen and liquid oxygen.
Performance characteristics: While maintaining chemical durability, the excellent lubrication properties of perfluoropolyether oil provide a more outstanding guarantee for equipment to have a long lubrication life. The extreme pressure and anti-wear properties of perfluoropolyether oil enable it to achieve a four ball welding load range exceeding 800kgf. Lifetime maintenance free lubrication with the same lifespan as components and equipment has been achieved in many applications such as automotive semiconductors, consumer electronics, and chemicals.
NanoXplore TM PFPE uses carefully selected customized perfluoropolyether products, whose excellent film-forming properties can provide high oil film thickness and prevent wear. The non oxidizing property of the oil also makes the molecules themselves have a longer lifespan. The oil does not accumulate carbon or coke, and can withstand extreme working conditions.
