1) Grease for low-temperature equipment, operating below -30°C, even -60/70°C. Commonly used greases include Shanghai Tiger Head Hotolube’s fully synthetic low-temperature aviation grease, Klüber’s fully synthetic ultra-low-temperature grease, and Jetlube’s KS90.
2) Grease for high-temperature equipment, operating above 250°C, such as drying equipment, steelmaking equipment, kiln cars, and the glass industry. Commonly used greases include Klüber BE41 and Shanghai Tiger Head Hotolube’s fully synthetic ultra-high-temperature grease and long-lasting high-temperature grease.
3) Ultra-high-temperature anti-seize grease, used for lubrication and assembly of components to prevent sticking and sintering in high-temperature conditions. Commonly used greases include Shanghai Tiger Head Hotolube’s fully synthetic ultra-high-temperature anti-seize grease and Golden Bull Oil, Klüber’s GLK 118, and Bosh’s LOP762.
4) Fluorinated white grease, used for lubricating and sealing components with low rotational speeds. Commonly used models: Shanghai HOTOLUBE’s fully synthetic fluorogrease and fluorosilicone grease, Kluber’s GLK 112 and Bosh’s SJ92.
